I wanted a very specific vehicle that turned out to be difficult to find in today’s market, but these guys did everything they could to get me the car I wanted. Miles was very helpful & accommodating at every stage & the manager Eric was kind & even stepped in to assist in the search for my car to make sure I received it in a timely manner. This team did not try to convince me to buy a different car or settle on something I didn’t truly want just to sell me a car; they even called other dealerships to check to see if someone else had the car I wanted near by & ultimately secured one. Christian in the finance department was even super personable & helpful when it came time to sign the finance paperwork. The team at Terri Reid made sure all my questions were answered and the entire process was enjoyable. I cannot recommend these guys enough, they stand out above the rest. More
Just picked up our car. 2nd time in 2 weeks it has been in for the same mechanical problem. Service did not drive the car even 1 mile to ensure the problem was fixed and, surprise, surprise, after we drov in for the same mechanical problem. Service did not drive the car even 1 mile to ensure the problem was fixed and, surprise, surprise, after we drove the car 17 miles the check engine light was back on. When we called the dealership, the response was "thanks for the heads up" and then we were hung up on. This comes after being overbilled on our invoice, the diagnostic code they documented did not match the work that was done, a national recall issue was not addressed and a problem with our key fob was also ignored (this was supposedly fixed on our last visit as well, but was not). The absolute worst customer service we have ever received from any business. More
The only description I can give is absolutely rude and unprofessional. We have been having trouble with our Sonata Hybrid, which is under factory warranty. They tried to fix it once, unsuccessfully.
