Just picked up our car. 2nd time in 2 weeks it has been in for the same mechanical problem. Service did not drive the car even 1 mile to ensure the problem was fixed and, surprise, surprise, after we drov in for the same mechanical problem. When we called the dealership, the response was "thanks for the heads up" and then we were hung up on. This comes after being overbilled on our invoice, the diagnostic code they documented did not match the work that was done, a national recall issue was not addressed and a problem with our key fob was also ignored (this was supposedly fixed on our last visit as well, but was not). The absolute worst customer service we have ever received from any business. More

The only description I can give is absolutely rude and unprofessional. We have been having trouble with our Sonata Hybrid, which is under factory warranty. They tried to fix it once, unsuccessfully. Purchased used car from Terry Reid. When purchased they had committed to fixing a problem. After 8 visits, and constant calls, hopefully error is fixed. It was an inconvenience, and stressful.
