Their service dept. is a complete rip off.The older guy that works the check in counter consistently giving customers made up excuses and lies to up sale service.They ar is a complete rip off.The older guy that works the check in counter consistently giving customers made up excuses and lies to up sale service.They are also marking up parts over 100% from local parts stores.Two separate times I've had to take my car back for irresponsible tech mistakes.If you don't have some knowledge of car maintenance and procedures DO NOT take your vehicle here because I promise you will be sold things you don't need or lied to and end up paying for parts you didn't need due to a incompetent tech. Migicley it was there. and after asking why it took so long I was told no idea the part has been here for weeks did no one call you. I also would not recommend buying and warranty for them it is useless just give your money to a person that needs it. at least you would fell good about your investment. so over all in my opinion NEVER GO TO TERRY REID HYUNDAI IN CARTERSVILL GA. if any thing is wrong with the car it will take weeks to fix hours for simple oil changes. if you have that much time in your life then go for it. but if you value your time stay away and what ever you do do not buy and warranty. The service center is by far, the worst I️ have been to in all my life. This was my second time booking an oil change which was told takes 10-15 minutes to do. The first time I️ was also there for two hours and was told this wouldn’t happen again. HIGHLY RECOMMEND you go anywhere but here. More
