I was put on a contract as a cosigner, without ever giving my written or verbal consent for them to run my Buyer beware, do not use this dealership. I was put on a contract as a cosigner, without ever giving my written or verbal consent for them to run my credit and use my information. They stated that since the person applying for the car loan showed them a text message from my cell number that gave consent to use my information - which never happened- that in turn it constituted legal consent to run my credit and put me on a legally binding contract. They obviously have no moral regard for the law, as they did not see it was necessary to even try to call me when the transaction was being handled to verify that I had in fact given permission for this person to use my information. This dealership only cares about selling cars and they don't care about the laws that go along with that process. I fully intend to pursue legal action and I would encourage people to think very hard before buying a vehicle from this dealership. More
