Hello-Your recall was a computer update -We started the computer update immediately the vehicle sits anywhere from 30 to 45 minutes while this update is downloading.Technicians do not work on the vehicle while the recall is being performed.Immediately upon completion of the download of your recall the technicians completed the multi point inspection oil change and tire rotation.We apologize that we didn’t explain that While your recall is a downloading to the computer system on your car it would appear that the car was sitting and not being worked on.When we saw your response we called the phone number on record immediately and spoke to your husband and explain this to him he promised he would explain this to you for us. We always do follow-up calls and you will still be receiving one to answer any questions in regards to the service performed on your car . Please call us if you have any further questions regarding service and maintenance you had with us today.Again we apologize for not explaining to you that your car would be sitting during the recall download .We highly respect your time appreciate and value you as our customer .Thank you very much for letting us know so we could react quickly and clear up this misunderstanding.
