Worst Car Buy experience ever I traded in a 2017 hyundai Sonata limited. It was loaded with features. Did my purchase online. I asked for my new car to have the same features. I was told that the car that I have now is a limited. It has hardly any features like the 2017 limited. It doen't have navigation system. I was told that I could hook my phone up to the car. I can't drive down the street looking at my telephone. When I informed the dealership about how upset I was. I was asked to come to the dealership and look at another car. I seen one that I liked. Then I was told that I would have to pay an additional $3000 on top of just paying $2700. I hate this car experience. I will never buy another car from Terry Reid Hyundai. There were no instructions for the car. When I asked whrere to go to get the oil changes. I was told I could just go anywhere or just any hyundai dealship. This was the worst ever experience. I never even heard from anyone of their managers. More

I was Very unsatisfied! I was scheduled for anHour I was Very unsatisfied! I was scheduled for an Hour appointment and all that they had to do Was put in new spark plugs. I complained at the desk and the girl gave me 10% off my bill. I also spoke to management and he said he noticed I had been there for a long time 😟and he appreciated me bringing it to his attention and he would discuss It at there next meeting!!!
