Having just been involved in a car accident and having very little money to replace it, I'd heard lots of good things about Hyundai. There was no pressure along the way; he went on no fewer than four test drives on a Tuesday afternoon and good-naturedly answered all my questions for each variation of make and model. I appreciate the fact that he was professional and relatable on all counts; I never felt patronized or talked down to, as I did elsewhere as a woman speaking to male car salesmen. When the time came to make the deal, I'd done my research: I got a competitive price with excellent service. By the time the paperwork was done, Brian had even taken the liberty of activating my 3-month satellite radio trial for me, so I didn't have to go online to do it myself. I drove home in my new (used) Elantra with amazing XM radio from day one. It was a smooth, respectful, stress-free transaction; Brian was a pleasure to work with. More

I don't like to play games. I've read all the car buying books. But I understand the business. This is the second Hyundai I have purchased in two years - the first was your top of the line 2011 Genesis books. But I understand the business. This is the second Hyundai I have purchased in two years - the first was your top of the line 2011 Genesis 4.6 (EQUUS wasn't on the market yet) which I still own and this recent economical 2013 Elantra Limited. In both cases I had to use highly competitive offers from competitors I was more than willing to do business with (drive 100+ miles to buy), but knowing I'd use Team Hyundai for my service needs. Once I presented the full blown offer comparisons, Team Hyundai was willing to re-negotiate and come very close. I still left money on the table ($300+) but I'm doing business w/a local dealer that I like and am confident I'll get good support - it was something I was willing to do. I still had to "remind" of some financial data/figures that had been left off the final Pre-sale numbers build - but they weren't contested by the salesperson. I also thought it was GREAT news that a stand-alone Service Building is being built just to service Hyundai's vice having to share the Toyota facility. I've been to Hyundai service centers beyond Team Hyundai (Goldsboro, NC and in Gary Rome, MA) and in all cases - the most professional and friendly staffs have always greeted me and supported my needs. More

I am very impressed and pleased with my experience while purchasing my new Hyundai Tucson last month. She helped me focus on my wishes and my needs, helped me figure out how I could manage to finance the purchase, and saw to it that I had the car I wanted in only a day or two. I had been nervous about purchasing a car on my own, but Jamie's cheerful assistance turned the experience into a very happy turn of events. I also appreciated all the help she arranged for me when working with John, finance director, signing the papers and forms. Now, I look forward to meeting the service staff, and establilshing a relationship for the next 6+ years! More

In general, I don't particularly like going to dealerships and purchasing vehicles. I find many of the experiences unpleasant and I'm sometimes helpless without proper information. However, I felt completely different about my latest purchase at this Hyundai dealership. I thought Brian Rhodes was very informative and easy to talk to. He was willing to answer any and all questions I may have had. I also appreciate his cooperation in this transaction, considering much of it was done over the telephone. I have to also thank the entire dealership in their assistance on this transaction as well. Their willingness to work with me on some uncommon procedures was also very reasurring and I was happy to leave with my new vehicle the same day I saw it. Overall, I have been very pleased with everything this dealership has done for me over the years. This will be my third Hyundai vehicle and I've had all the service work done at this dealership. Everyone has been friendly and I've never had a bad experience. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone and I am most likely going to purchase my next new vehicle from here as well. More
