I recently had my 2024 Santa Fe serviced at Team Hyundai, and I can't say enough about the fantastic service I received. My service advisor, Lance, truly went above and beyond throughout the entire process. and I can't say enough about the fantastic service I received. My service advisor, Lance, truly went above and beyond throughout the entire process. He kept me updated on the progress of my vehicle's repairs and was incredibly proactive in arranging a loaner car for me. Although my Santa Fe was in the shop for 48 days, Lance's commitment to customer service made the experience much more manageable. His efforts to ensure I was informed and comfortable during the repair process were greatly appreciated. That said, I do have concerns about the quality of the vehicle itself. It's disappointing that a vehicle with only 1,200 miles on it experienced a transmission failure. No vehicle should have such issues so early on. While my experience at Team Hyundai was excellent, I hope the quality of the Santa Fe improves moving forward. Overall, I appreciate the team at Team Hyundai and their dedication to customer service, particularly Lance. Thank you for your support during this time! More
