I'm a hard person to impress, I do my homework, and am very much about the details. When I do business, I expect the people I deal with to, at the minimum, do their job with some level of professionalism very much about the details. When I do business, I expect the people I deal with to, at the minimum, do their job with some level of professionalism and proficiency Most car sales people try to sell you what they have, not necessarily what you want, and in the end will try to sell it to you for as much as they can - not necessarily a fair market price. Having said that, my experience at Team Hyundai was completely surprising. Jamie listened to what I said in terms of what I was looking for and features/packages I wanted in a 2013 Santa Fe. She didn't try to upsell me or get me in something that would "do" - she went out of her way to get what I wanted - personally driving 90 miles (and back) overnight to get the vehicle I wanted from another dealership. Then came the trade in and price negotiations - there were none because none were required. I knew going in what a fair market price was for the Santa Fe I wanted and also what my trade in was worth. Jamie and John at Team Hyundai offered me exzctly what I expected for my trade and a very fair market price on the new Santa Fe. The impressive service didn't stop there. The next day I took delivery Jamie spent a very long time getting me set up in the new Santa Fe, showing me the features, sync'd my phone via Blue Tooth, set up my Blue Link account and, what impressed me most, tirelessly answered all of my detail driven questions. As if that wasn't enough, she also hand picked the guy to apply the interrior and exterrior protection package I purchased, and I can see why. The person she had to the work did a phenominal job. End of the day, normally a consumer is lucky of they walk away thrilled with the vehicle they purchase, not necessarily thrilled with the deal getting it, often feeling run over by the sales person and finance person. Not the case at Team Hyundai - at least not my experience there. They treated me with respect, "played fair" and didn't try to press me into something I didn't ask for. They earned my gratitude, respect and more so my repeat business. More

Our overall vehicle buying experience was great thanks to Robbie Anderson. He is a very knowledgeable sales person and so concerned with customer satisfaction. He got us into 2 great vehicles. When Eric first came out to meet us, we immediately liked him. He was very friendly, very courteous and very knowledgeable of his job. He was the most polite and pleasant person we have every dealt with in purchasing a car. We had actually been to another dealer before coming here, and there is no comparison on the satisfaction we got with Eric. I went to Chevy and 2 Dodge Dealers. None of the dealers showed the Quality of Service that Hyundai showed and, would not match the price for the same size vehicle provided by Hyundai. Robbie was very helpful and listened to my concerns. For the right price he was able to give me the space needed for me & my growing family! Also, the time I was in and out was record breaking compared to my first car purchase at Dodge (All day Saturday) and, my almost car purchase at Chevy (1st day 4 hours, 2nd day 6 hours, and wanted me to wait 5 days to be able to make car purchase). Robbie told me on day 1 it would take 20 minutes to run my credit and it did. I asked him to give me until Friday to think about my purchase and he called me on Friday. I went into the dealer it took about 2 hours tops. Robbie showed me all the controls in my vehicle and got me familiarized with the service area for my first oil change. For my 2nd car buying experience this was the best one so far. My mom recommended me to this dealership & I will recommend any of my friends looking to purchase a new/used car. When I want to upgrade my car for more space I will def. be returning to Hyundai in Lexington Park! More

I was very happy with the base purchase price, but unhappy that I didn't qualify for the 0% financing or the $1,000 rebate. With the additional interest rate and tag, taxes, and fees my price was hig unhappy that I didn't qualify for the 0% financing or the $1,000 rebate. With the additional interest rate and tag, taxes, and fees my price was higher than initially expected. But I am still satisfied with the customer service given me. Eric treated us excellently. More
Found purchasing my car here to be a great experience overall (as far as dealerships go). The salesperson was great to work with, being friendly, professional, and not too pushy. Having just been involved in a car accident and having very little money to replace it, I'd heard lots of good things about Hyundai. Brian Rhodes was exceptionally patient during the process, and just as expansive and patient showing me their selection of used cars as he was with the higher-priced new models. There was no pressure along the way; he went on no fewer than four test drives on a Tuesday afternoon and good-naturedly answered all my questions for each variation of make and model. I appreciate the fact that he was professional and relatable on all counts; I never felt patronized or talked down to, as I did elsewhere as a woman speaking to male car salesmen. When the time came to make the deal, I'd done my research: I got a competitive price with excellent service. By the time the paperwork was done, Brian had even taken the liberty of activating my 3-month satellite radio trial for me, so I didn't have to go online to do it myself. I drove home in my new (used) Elantra with amazing XM radio from day one. It was a smooth, respectful, stress-free transaction; Brian was a pleasure to work with. More
