We showed up at Tate looking to trade in our old Cherokee for a newer 4 Door Wrangler. Our salesperson was Joe Holden, he was friendly, polite, and knowledgeable. He found a 2009 Wrangler on the lot that was perfect for us, after we drove it we sat down to go over the numbers so that we could make sure we could afford it. Thats when the manager, RJ Macey, got involved. He was very friendly, polite, and laid back. He was very easy to deal with and was able to get our payment exactly where it needed to be. It was the easiest experience we've ever had at a car dealership. We were so pleased!! We will definitely continue to purchase vehicle's from Tate and would recommend to others to purchase there as well. More

Called Chris Hall on Monday January 2, 2012 in reference to an internet vehichle pricing. Obviously he was either busy or not in at the time. Was directed to his voice mail. I left name, home phone and cell to an internet vehichle pricing. Obviously he was either busy or not in at the time. Was directed to his voice mail. I left name, home phone and cell phone number. Explained I wanted to discuss a vehicle advertised on the internet. Today is Jan. 5th and I still have not received a call back from Mr. Hall, nor anyone else from the dealership. I have been dealing with this dealership for 47 years, since Mr. Tate was the general manager, before becoming an owner. I was ready to buy on either the 2nd or 3rd of January. By Mr. Hall's inconsiderate efforts to perfom his duties he has cost me sizeable rebates on this vehicle which have now expired. Not a very good way for Mr. Hall to do business and uphold the company's motto "Known for the Customs We Keep". The above report was sent to Tate Dodge by DealerRater. I was contacted through DealerRater from the general manager Shawn Frick of Tate. Mr. Frick in his message offered his apologies and his willingness to try everything in his power to make up these expired incentives I had lost. He had directed me to give him a call. I called and we were able to meet at the dealership. Mr. Frick had lived up to his word and was able to make the deal with me at no loss of any expired incentives which were quite sizeable. I sincerely thank him for his kind efforts in this matter. This is an amendment to my original complaint that all turned out quite well thanks to the honorable character of Mr. Frick. More
My experiance at Tate was pleasant and the staff was as helpful as possible. Kyle Miner was very knowledgable about the vehicle and was able to show my wife and I vehicles that met both our financial needs helpful as possible. Kyle also went the extra mile to insure our comfort with the little things, even as small as bringing the cars we were interested in, intop the showroom garage so that we wouldn't have to go outside during the cold winter day. Richard was by far the best finance employee I have worked with to date, I told him what I wanted in payment and costs and he got them for me with no questions asked even though my credit and financial situation was not the most desirable. I will be recomending this dealership as well as returning for my next vehicle purchase. More

Came into the dealership because I had seen some vans I was interested in on the internet site. David showed us two others that were not on the website but were just what we were looking for. One was on the showroom floor, they pulled it right out so we could test drive it. The car was priced very reasonably and David worked with us to get the price to just what we could afford. The car had a few cosmetic issues, they were fixed to our satisfaction without any complaint. David got us a car manual and worked to get the Sirius radio subscription working in the car. I was glad to purchase a car from this dealership, it is close to our home and I will use their service department when needed. More
