When I contacted him this morning, he agreed to make himself available to answer my inquiries at my convenience this afternoon. When we met, he patiently went to great lengths to fully explain all, not just some, of the wonderful innovative features available in the new 2012 300C. I never felt rushed or that my questions were burdensome. Finally, even employees who were not involved with my transaction were friendly and congratulated me on my new purchase. All in all, it was a great buying experience - matched only by my lovely new vehicle. More
