I took my 2018 van to tate dodge to have the oil filter housing replaced under warranty. I have done this job myself several times on other chrysler 3.6 engines for friends. It is a common issue for that engine and should be very straightforward. I considered doing it myself but decided since it was under warranty I would save some money and have Tate do it. I went to pick up my "completed" van. It was missing half the bolts holding the intake manifold down, the oil was 2 quarts low from them not refilling it after having the engine apart. It had several clips broken and the air intake was never tightened down. I will provide pictures of this. The van is also completely covered in several quarts of oil. I have no idea if the leak is still present right now because even after cleaning several times there is so much oil stuck down in the valleys under the intake. I brought this the the attention of the shop foreman and they took the van back in to fix it. It still isn't fixed. These pictures are of the van underneath after the 2nd attempt. I am told the mechanic that worked on my vehicle has been at tate for 30 years. There is absolutely no excuse for this type work. My van was in absolutely perfect condition except the oil filter housing when I took it in. It will never be the same now. Stay far away. If Tate responds to this review like others asking me to reach out to talk about my problems please know I have already tried with no support. More

The Express Service at Tate Dealership is dishonest, disrespectful, and nasty. I purchased by car from Tate Dealership. Took my car to the Tate Express Service for preventative maintenance. Mike Goldsmi disrespectful, and nasty. I purchased by car from Tate Dealership. Took my car to the Tate Express Service for preventative maintenance. Mike Goldsmith at the Express Service told me I needed new brakes. The new brakes started making loud noise. I took my car back several times. On Friday, March 20, 2024. I took my car back to Express Service. I sat in the waiting area for 2 hours. Mike Goldsmith came to the waiting area and told me he hear the loud noise and they are going to change me brakes. Come back next Thursday. Mike Goldsmith did not write of a service ticket. When I went back to the Express Service on the Thursday. There as NO service ticket. The Service Manager was NASTY and DISRESPECTFUL to me. I got a call in June 2024 from the Tate Dealership. They wanted to sale me a new car. I will NOT purchase a NEW car from Tate Dealership. The Express Service is NASTY, LIE, DISRESPECTFUL. If you are taking your car to the Express Service be BEWARE. I have put my case in the hands of GOD. God knows the true. More

Service advisor Michael sucks. Doesn't communicate at all. Was in yesterday and needed bigger service done. Left the truck. They had it goes yesterday and most of today. Sat for over two hours with no guidance and nothing to show but a horrible transaction that I voided and couldn’t even get the GM Shawn to face me even after I asked to speak to him personally. They said he wasn’t there and there he was walking right in front of me. Contacted him via email and phone and nothing. Sales team did nothing but lie and scam the prices higher saying one car was cheaper but applying the discounts to the price and “dealer fees” to make up for lost money. If you want to sell a car that has sat for two years and no one has shown interest why scam and finagle your pockets to screw the customer. We walked out, went down the street and bought a brand new car within two hours. This dealership is not MILITARY SUPPORTIVE or appreciative of our sacrifices to keep them free, in business and able to enjoy their life. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU ARE MILITARY! More

They were extremely disrespectful to me when I called in to sort out why they told my wife she needed all the extra work performed immediately. They tried to convince me that my wife "requested" them to perform the services. They tried to convince me that I didn't care about my wife's safety, because I questioned their sales tactics. Evan was the most worthless manager I've ever spoken with. He tried to convince me that they never would have performed certain work, had my wife not asked them to. He tried to convince me that my wife's explanation of high pressure tactics from christine was merely heresay, and asked if I knew what that meant. Great customer service from a service department manager. Also, the little things, like changing documentation to current names and addresses seem to be a challenge as the edit and backspace button in a computer seem to be a daunting task. My wife said that that was a bigger deal breaker for her than feeling like they took advantage of her. I would like to that them for the very unprofessional exchange, it has convinced my wife and I to never again shop at their establishment. It has also convinced us that we need to rethink our Dodge and Jeep purchases in the future. Remember, first time shame on you, second time shame on me. They acted like this was a normal way to treat customers. No apology and they totally blew me off. The response was we will call you when the part comes in. This is my second bad experience with them when it comes to recall maintenance. More
