Bought a new Gladiator in March,no follow up by the sales team or salesman. Had to bring it in for a recall,and leave it for 2 days with no loaner vehicle even offered, and now have an issue where the vehi team or salesman. Had to bring it in for a recall,and leave it for 2 days with no loaner vehicle even offered, and now have an issue where the vehicle can not even be driven,but can't even get a call back ,let alone an appointment to get it fixed. So I have a vehicle with less than 5000 miles on it,and I can't even use it because Tate sucks so bad. Unbelievable. Mr Tate even shook my hand and said "you're part of the Tate family now" Haaa,I'd rather be part of the Addams family. At least they had values. Be smart and go elsewhere for your vehicle. It surely can't be any worse than Tate. Oh and when I tried to contact my salesman directly,I found he was no longer there,and had no one to contact beyond that,and NO ONE has any interesting taking his spot to help me. Garbage! More

Dealing with the service center for the past 8 years I have resolved in never buying another Dodge product again. Service center has always been open till 1500. I go in today and the stated that 2 weeks ago that they are closing at noon. You would think they would have sent an email to their regular customers of the new hours but NO they didn’t. This is just an example on how they operate. After 8 years I could easily write a book on the lackadaisical attitude. If this is how Dodge shops are run now, I guess I m switching to Ford after 50 years of purchasing dodge products. Mistakes do happen but the just seem to be a consistent cluster dealing with them More
The Tate service center is a headache to work with. The radio/display screen on my 2018 Ram 1500 was replaced by them December 2021 because it was delaminating. It’s now June of 2022 and the control for volume broke. It’s either full volume or mute.no in between. I can’t get the service center to return my calls for 3 days. Finally talked to the service manager today and they wont even want to look at it. 29 days was the earliest appointment. He said I could drop it off and leave it but it could take a few days for them to look at it. If you need service on your dodge, go elsewhere is my advice. Very difficult to work with these people who run the service center. More
If I could give zero stars I would. I leased a vehicle from them and had to return it in September of last year. I have been going back and fourth with the MVA because I have a letter I leased a vehicle from them and had to return it in September of last year. I have been going back and fourth with the MVA because I have a letter from the leasing company about when it was returned and the vehicle has since been tagged in another State. When I turned the car in I called multiples times without hearing from anyone. I asked if I should take the tags and they said no to keep everything and they would be in touch with me. I now have over $1,100 in fees for an insurance lapse that never happened since I didn't have the car since September of last year and the charges started in October until it was titled in another State in April. I called today to get some help and got yelled at by 2 seperate people including Patrick the finance manager when I asked how long it would take for someone to call me back after he took my name and number. I tried explaining that since no one called me for the leased vehicle that I am worried about getting a return call when I don't own this money, Needless to say he told me to calm down, they were busy and someone would get to me whenever they could but it isn't their responsibility. All I need is to know where the tags are that are still not with the MVA and write a letter just saying that they had them no matter whose error it was, I am just trying to clear charges with the MVA. It shouldn't be hard for someone to generate something, it isn't like they have to pay the charges but they could help me clear mine. I have bought 3 cars from them and never again will I purchas anything from them. More

If you want to waste a lot of time, complete financing paperwork, get no follow-up, leave a deposit on a new incoming vehicle and then at minimum be misled (and most likely simply lied to by multiple peop paperwork, get no follow-up, leave a deposit on a new incoming vehicle and then at minimum be misled (and most likely simply lied to by multiple people), then this is where you should go to buy your vehicle. The salesman said my vehicle came in but was in “less than desirable condition.” The sales manager said it was still incoming. I think we all know what happened. Nobody ever told me anything until I followed up. At least they were kind enough to return my deposit, but I would have preferred the vehicle. More

Horrible customer service in the sales department. Ordered a van on January 2, was told it could take about 3 months to arrive, and the finance manager assured me it would be more like 6 weeks. Received a call from the sales rep, Luis, in early April telling me it "should be here in a couple of weeks." After 3 more weeks had passed, I was very upset and stopped at the dealership for an update and the sales manager, Slate, promised to call me every week with an update until it was delivered. That was 2 weeks ago and still no phone call. I'm so disgusted at this point that I'm thinking about canceling my order and taking them to small claims court to get my deposit back. More
