From my interactions with Ron, through the finance portion with Ralph, our car-buying experience was easily the most efficient I've been through. This was the 11th time I've purchased a vehicle throug portion with Ralph, our car-buying experience was easily the most efficient I've been through. This was the 11th time I've purchased a vehicle through a dealership, and I normally dread the hours spent sitting around waiting for service, paperwork, prepping the vehicle, etc. This was definitely a pleasant experience, and I'd recommend Tate Dodge to anyone that asked. We brought our 3 girls with us (all under 7), and it was quick enough that even they didn't complain! On top of it all, Ron was very personable, and we didn't feel pressured through the process whatsoever...even when we left to compare alternatives. Above all, our experience with Ron made it an easy decision to come back and buy our van through him later that day. More

David was very friendly and offered us information on vehicles that were sacheduled to arrive later in week. He called us when car was ready to be shown and the deal was consumated by my wife. First, let me start off by saying this was by far the best experience with a dealership I could have asked for. It was in all honesty an accident, my fiancee and I had an appointment with the dealership literally right next to Tate. However, because I hadn't paid attention I pulled into the wrong dealership. We walked inside and met Mr. Joe Holden. I explained that I had scheduled an appt, and realized immediately I was in the wrong place. However, Joe offered to show us some of the vehicles they had on the lot. We went to the right appointment and needless to say we came back, it was a mistake to go to that other dealership, they made us feel we weren't worth their time or effort. Joe was very relaxed and so easy to communicate with, and made my fiancee and my day. The Business Manager Patrick Hutchins was just as equally relaxed and easy going. There was no pressure and they truly made my fiancee and I feel like VALUED customers. Working in the customer service industry as long as I have, it is a breath of fresh air to meet Sales representatives like those two men. Joe, if you do read these reviews, when I stop by either Saturday or Monday, I do need more of your business cards, I have given them all out to friends and family looking for vehicles. I could not have asked for a better experience, and I know my fiancee is extremely happy with her new vehicle. They have earned two loyal customers with this experience. More

Joe is friendly, low-key, polite and very considerate, which was really appreciated - I won't purchase from high pressure sales people. The entire process couldn't have been easier - Joe was extremely helpful and really fast with the paperwork, and I was able to drive the car off the lot in record time. The few minor issues with the car were noted and taken care of. The dealership didn't waste my time with endless haggling and coming to an agreed offer was done smoothly and much quicker than I expected. The entire experience was great, and such a marked difference from the experiences I'd had with other car dealers. Joe follows up with his customers by sending them a thank you note done in calligraphy - this is the first time I've ever had a thank you note from a salesperson at a car dealer, let alone one with such a personal touch. Joe really goes the extra mile for his customers. I would definitely recommend Tate Used Cars, and especially Joe Holden. More
