I came into the dealership looking for a specific car. I first went to the new car dealership and because the one I wanted was beyond my financial ability, they refered me to the used car dept. From the initial contact to his offer to drive the vehicle to my wife for a test drive, I was thoroughly impressed with Joe Holden before I even met him. When my wife then met him in person, she felt immediately at ease. She had recently had a horrible experience with another dealership, and was not looking forward to the car buying experience. However, Joe's laid back, no pressure approach and outstanding customer service was the complete opposite experience (and exactly the type of experience) that she was looking for!!! Joe took the time to clearly explain the details of the car's history, the warranty coverage, and the pricing so that my wife felt comfortable with her purchase. He also continued to chat with my wife and answer questions while the financing portion was completed. Both Joe and the finance manager stayed after hours to finish the deal, with no sense of "rush." He helped me move items from my old trade-in car into the new car. He also offered to wait in the parking lot (after the dealership had closed down) to make sure the family ( including our 1 year old) was safely in our new car ready to head home. I would highly recommend Joe to anyone looking for a pressure-free, pleasant car buying experience. And on top of Joe - what a gorgeous car!!! Pristine condition, looks brand new, and the price of the car (and given for trade-in) was exceptionally fair!!! I was looking for a used truck under 20k at 4 different dealerships. I stop by Tate on my way to JBA and run into a salesman on the parking lot.
