Narrowed down to 6 choices, filled out Internet form on 3 dealers in Chicago. Bill Kay was the first to respond and schedule an appointment at my convenience. When I arrived the car was prepped and ready for test drive. I had not planned to buy that day. Had two more appointments in the next few days. Will Wilson and Charles Brant listened closely to my objectives.......including Trade in of my current vehicle and financing. Because of their experience and personal skills, they knew I was a serious buyer who had done my market research. They made me an offer which was fair and met my expectations, so my wife and I decided to buy. We drove home in our new car in less than 3 hours start to finish.....including the Title / plates transfer and loan approval. GREAT people and Dealership! Tried to upsell on parts and services not needed. Was told I needed coolant flush, but only 40,000 miles on car, not needed until close to 100,000. Told battery need to be replaced, but looked good, Was told I needed coolant flush, but only 40,000 miles on car, not needed until close to 100,000.
