Ive bought a few cars from Bill Kay of Midlotian and they always work hard to get it done. They always great me and family with a great experiance and do what they can to help. The service department is great but they are liltle slow but i think its beacuse of high demand for great car service like taking my cars here just wish it was faster but thats what you get with perfesional service takes a bit of time but its done right. I went there on Sept 11 to purchase a car. The sales rep Anthony was nice but when it came to the terms of the agreement, I was told I had to have a cut off switch put on the car. My wife and I were uncomfortable with this and we told them that we wished to cancel the deal. They tried to change my mind and when I wouldnt budge I wanted my signed paperwork returned (including my 1500.00 paid in 2 checks) These guys cashed my check without a me making a purchase! I had to wait two weeks before getting my money returned and it was the slimiest situation I every experienced! I had to call every day to see when my money would be in and it was the worst experience I ever had! I ended up going to the chevy dealership in Lisle to get my refund. The general manager was arrogant and refused to acknowledge that it was illegal what they did! Lesson learned.. Don't ever trust car dealerships and never leave any money for them to "hold" no matter how good the deal seems! I should have gotten a letter of apology or something but they tried to justify what they did! I heard every excuse from the cashier was out sick to the person processing the deal screwed up! I had to jump through barrels to get a straight answer! I'm so glad I didn't buy the car and I advise anyone reading this to avoid this place at all cost! More

I felt very comfortable at this Ford Dealer (had just come from the Orland Park one where it was awful). I was immediately greeted upon walking in the door, and J.T. was so friendly and helpful. As a young female by myself, I did not feel taken advantage of nor talked down to; it was quite refreshing. They took my trade-in at a pretty good rate, and gave me a great deal on the new one I purchased. Extremely professional all around. Also worked with Lou, the manager. I am very happy I came to this dealer and definitely recommend it to everyone - especially all my fellow single ladies! More
