Not Satisfied Brought my car for noise that happens when you start and goes away after running for awhile. Purchase of my new car. The entire sales process was a smooth transition. OC my salesman was courteous and took care of all my needs during the process. The one negative was I asked them to clean the car before I left and it was the worst job of cleaning up of a new car. I had to take the car home and clean it up myself. More

Charging system for failure What was thought to be a faulty battery turned out to be a broken belt and compressor. If the man who drove the car up to front to release it to me di What was thought to be a faulty battery turned out to be a broken belt and compressor. If the man who drove the car up to front to release it to me didn’t notice the alert we would have gone home and possibly would have had to get a tow back to the dealership. Once they checked the car again with the new battery (which is what I was told was done) they seen that the compressor needed to be replaced and a belt was broken. This is what caused my original battery to die and was on its way to do the same to the new battery. PS I told the man when the car was towed in that the battery was new and something was wrong with the car and it was killing the battery. He called and said after checking the car that the battery had a dead cell and that was all that was wrong with it. I brought in a new battery (the one I had was only a month old and still under warranty) I asked them to recheck the car once they replaced the battery. I was told to come pick up the car and assured that it was a faulty battery. I paid $30 for them to change the old battery with the new and was being sent home. Thanks to the alert coming on while the car was being retrieved showing that something was clearly still wrong and proving that the Man working on my car lied when he said he re checked the car after replacing the battery. He turned it on an assumed he was right and I was wrong but at the end of the day my car was fixed and I hope he learned that I was not just right but I was aware of what is going on with my car like most men. More
