The service department is horrible. No one communicates with you. I've been waiting since July to be called and told when I can bring in my car on a warranty claim for my 2023 Kia that No one communicates with you. I've been waiting since July to be called and told when I can bring in my car on a warranty claim for my 2023 Kia that has less than 2,700 miles. The only time there is dialog is when I go to the dealership for updates. Each time I am told the same thing and they do the same thing which is right down my name, number, address, mileage, and VIN number. After that, absolutely nothing happens. When I go back, the cycle repeats. Ray Brandt Kia is the closest dealership to me but it's apparent that I'll have to drive the distance if I want to receive professional quality service. More
I’ve been there 5 times to get my car fixed and it’s still broken. The last time they had it 10 days and i paid $1000 for a rental car. My car is unsafe to drive and they keep releasing it back to me! W still broken. The last time they had it 10 days and i paid $1000 for a rental car. It taken 3months and 2weeks to get my car back. Vickie didn't communicate well at all. 2nd time going through this so I wouldn't recommend anybody to come to the shop.i give Kia 1 for everything. I think communication is key. I understand that there were not a lot of technicians but it would have been nice to know that service would be delayed from the beginning. Also, it is extremely hard to get someone on the phone. My advisor was Ms Vickie and almost every time I would get her on the phone; the call would disconnect or transfer to voicemail. Ms.Vickie was nice, but I think she’s overwhelmed. More than once, She didn’t call me back after stating she would and I felt like I was being push to the back of the line and ignored. I am a very patient person but a month is too long to get an estimate or to start the auto repair process. Prior to this incident, I was pretty confident that I wanted to purchase another Kia because I love the customer service. This experience has completely changed my mindset about Kia moving forward. More
