I recently purchased a new 2016 car from them, but I don't know if I will change my oil here again. I will only use the dealership for warranty purposes only from now on. I went to customer service, worried that my info that I provided for financing reason to them, was used without my permission for serius radio. And the very rude customer service rep told me that she didn't do it, therefore I have to deal with serius. As if she was the owner of kia, and not a rep. Wonder if my experience with this dealership will always be the same for the next 6 years ?????? More
Total Nightmare Dealership took my 5000$ sold me a broke used vehicle which the warranty didn't cover after charging me 2200$ for it "warranty" I LATER found out. Didn't receive any paperwork or a bit of concern about the matter until I started thinking and questioning the situation. I was told to bring my vehicle to Nissan. Only had vehicle not even 3 months. Dealership wants to have anything to do with me or my vehicle. No-one can explain with the same story that is where the 5000$ down payment towards the vehicle has gone. I agreed to pay one amount for the vehicle but was charged another. That explains the paperwork. All that to say Ray Brandt Mazda Kia and Amgad "Moe" Shehata screwed me royally. More
