Our car had transmission problems and quickly became unsafe to drive... we had it towed to Ray Brandt. They told us they'd look at it asap and let us know what was going on... a few days later we heard from Vickie, saying the car hadn't been looked at yet but would be soon... but she was going to be out later that week so if we didn't hear anything, that's why. ...almost two more weeks go by - I call Vickie, who explains they're incredibly busy but only have one engine guy and they'd know more soon... (it still hadn't been looked at) More weeks went by. I call again... 'They're looking at it now' This goes on! ...After a full month they're FINALLY able to tell us it was transmission problems and would need a new transmission. But that the engine guy had to wait for warranty approval before they could order any parts and that might take a while! Every week I called and got fed more reasons why it hadn't been fixed yet. Finally we get a call saying 'Transmission will be here Friday, they'll start on it Monday.' Monday goes by... on Thursday (it's now almost 2 months after they received the vehicle) my wife calls to see if it's ready... She was told - 'we have the parts but there's 4 cars in front of ours with seized engines that can't move, so he has to finish them first' So… After several VERY angry calls by my Wife and myself, they managed to get the work going later that day and it was finished the following day... So two full months with no car - us calling every week or other week to be pushed off and pushed off - we were thoroughly dissatisfied! More

This is the dealership from which I purchased the car, however, upon arriving for service on October 31, I was treated as though I was just a bother. Getting answers was like pulling teeth. Everyone I spoke to seemed interested only in getting me out of the way. Rude manners, especially the parts person. The dealership had to order parts for both a recall repair and for replacing a part that had simply fallen off the car. Having not heard anything for a while I called the parts department yesterday (11/17) and was told the parts had arrived two weeks ago on November 4th. Then I was told that the replacement part had to be painted to match the color of the car and I would have to contact the collision shop. The receptionist there told me she would have someone return my call but that has yet to happen. It's really disappointing to be treated this way after buying a new car from your dealership. More

After attempting to schedule an appointment, I was advised to bring the vehicle in early the next. I arrived at 7:25am, before opening and was 3rd in line. I was told it would be two hours, due to service on a first-come first-served basis. Service did not begin until I had to physically return to the dealership to check on service, due to numerous calls being unanswered and transferred over a span of 45 minutes. This was after 3:00pm. I was told service would be completed at 5:00pm and I arrives at 5:11. The vehicle was just being brought for a test drive. Upon its return at 5:30pm, I noticed the tire rotation service had not been performed. The service advisor had to the perform the tire rotation himself, due to all technicians being gone for the day. This was completed after another 39 minutes of waiting, but left the total services incomplete. Due to the late tire rotation, the front end alignment was not performed with the proper tires on the front of the vehicle. I appreciate the way Christian handled the issues, but am appalled the way the rest of the staff managed the issues and their unapologetic demeanor. More
