Vickie Castaneda was extremely rude and unhelpful. The dealership broke things on my vehicle that were not broken before I brought my vehicle to them. They also took an excessive amount of time to service my vehicle and they didn't even clean it or check the tire pressure when I picked it up. This is the worst dealership I have ever been to. More

My car was scheduled for service in October 20 and it was stolen from my home on October 19. Even after We did the update from the recall. The repair were done only to the ignition panel, lights and windshie stolen from my home on October 19. Even after We did the update from the recall. The repair were done only to the ignition panel, lights and windshield wipers switch. Door handles. But I needed the car overhaul. Which was scheduled on October 20th. I got the car back and looked like every light was lite up on the panel. My Kia Sorrento 2011 was purchased at Ray Braynt and has always been service at Ray Braynt. It seems that the service has declined from 2011 to 2023. More
