Dropped off my vehicle. It was at their facility for 2 weeks and never was diagnosed. Had it towed to Premier Kia in Kenner. I was quoted for brake repairs that had already been done and I explained that my oil was leaking, but it wasn't checked during my service. I had to speak with Christian and he had to recheck everything whic and I explained that my oil was leaking, but it wasn't checked during my service. Vickie Castaneda was extremely rude and unhelpful. The dealership broke things on my vehicle that were not broken before I brought my vehicle to them. My car was scheduled for service in October 20 and it was stolen from my home on October 19. Even after We did the update from the recall. The repair were done only to the ignition panel, lights and windshie stolen from my home on October 19. Even after We did the update from the recall. The repair were done only to the ignition panel, lights and windshield wipers switch. Door handles. But I needed the car overhaul. Which was scheduled on October 20th. I got the car back and looked like every light was lite up on the panel. My Kia Sorrento 2011 was purchased at Ray Braynt and has always been service at Ray Braynt. It seems that the service has declined from 2011 to 2023. More
