Taylor was easy to deal with, I can for a factory recall steering coupler. Unfortunately I had to wait 2 days and then the steering wheel wasn't tightened down and I had to come back. Took forever for a simple oil change / tire rotation and my car was returned to me without the tires being rotated but I was charged for rotation. Recalls I previously had completed at this dealer stilled showed open so they spent time verifying they were don't which I appreciate but the one new product enhancement was not completed because they didn't have the parts. They said they would call and schedule a time for me to bring it back but never have. There is no way to truly confirm if they have the parts for a recall without brining it physically in and wasting your time. The people on the phone know nothing or just tell you to bring it in to find out. More
