The service from the beginning was poor. My vehicle came back worst than when I brought it in. Also Vicki was really rude and unfriendly. I don't believe the senor went out in my car right after I had it se back worst than when I brought it in. Also Vicki was really rude and unfriendly. I don't believe the senor went out in my car right after I had it serviced by Kia. that cost me $53 for the part and dam near $400 for labor. RIDICULOUS! Also the alignment is still pulling and that was $500 plus. My issue was mad worse than before. the service manager David ignored me for the most part and was also very rude. i guess that's how Vickie was trained from the leader! More

I loved Ursula. She was very personable, professional, and to the point. It’s nice to see a woman with that many awards on a wall.
