I went to get a couple lights that were lit up on my dash board. The wait was terrible.. I waited over 3 hours to get my sensor tire checked on my tires for them to tell me that they had to order the part. board. The wait was terrible.. Then when I got my car the other light was not checked and the manager had to check it with the machine. However, he still could not tell me exactly what was wrong with it and that I had to bring it back because the "more seasoned mechanic was not to be found". I think it is ridiculous that people are waiting hours to get simple things checked on their car. You all need to hire more people!! I was not happy with my experience! Also the prices they are charging for labor work is highway ROBBERY!!! More

For starters I waited 5 hours after I had a 9:00 appointment!. Then I was told unable to fix until part came in. I next had to reset all of my settings on vehicle myself. to top it off my trunk no l appointment!. Then I was told unable to fix until part came in.
