This experience could not have been easier. Making the appointment was the only frustration because I had to wait about 3 weeks but I understand mechanics are busy! Once I got there, Gabriel explained everything to me in terms of how long the wait might be depending on if the parts I needed were in stock. Turns out they were and they got the car back out to me in just two hours!! Loved the complimentary coffee and water in the waiting room. Only thing I would say could be better would have been for them to let me know that the parts were in stock and that I wouldn’t have to wait long at all. Overall, super satisfied. More
