Delivery of new vehicle was quick as most paperwork was completed and ready for us when we got there. We were in and out in less than two hours and that included, test drive, trade value confirmation inspection, all paperwork, and detailing of vehicle. We love our new Gkadiator Mojave from Tameron Giulf Coast. I would recommend this dealer to anyone looking to purchase. I drove all the way from Atlanta for my vehicle and it was definitely worth it. When I test drove my vehicle the tire was low. I purchased the extended warranty which was referred to as a "bumper to bumper warranty". Shortly after purchase that same tire went flat and I had I purchased the extended warranty which was referred to as a "bumper to bumper warranty". Shortly after purchase that same tire went flat and I had to have the car towed. I was then told by Andre my "bumper to bumper" warranty covered everything except the tires. Ok. My air conditioner quits working. I took it to infiniti due to convenience and they proceeded to process the claim under my "bumper to bumper" warranty and I'm told it's not covered. I called Andre to voice my concerns about this "bumper to bumper" warranty and he tells me if I would have brought it to him he could have coded it differently and got the warranty company to pay for the repairs. I let him know then I would do that and bring it there. The diagnostic fee I had to pay was 140.00. I take the car to Andre's service department because the warranty is getting ready to expire and I'm told they can't do that due to it being insurance fraud. Long story short I paid 3000.00 for three oil changes. I have the best warranty they offer which has proved to be useless. Don't be swindled by Andre. He will tell you whatever he can to passify you and getting him to call you back is a big ordeal. I will definitely go elsewhere when I buy my next vehicle. The service manager also informed me they can't even program infiniti's so he couldn't have repaired it anyway. Don't let them talk you into a warranty on a car they can't even reprogram if something goes wrong with it. I have had several issues and NOTHING has been covered to date on this "bumper to bumper" warranty Andre assured me I had. More
JUST DON'T. They are not interested in high quality customer service. Treat you like you're stupid. No real drive to secure our business with them. Some whit They are not interested in high quality customer service. Treat you like you're stupid. No real drive to secure our business with them. Some white lies, and HORRIBLE attitude! My husband and I looked into a used truck at this dealership and specifically worked with the Internet Sales Dept. Overall, the communications took place across a week. We went in, were met at the door by our sales rep, Matthew Kittrell who offered to drive us over to the truck down the lot. We said walking was fine, this seemed to irritate him a bit, but I brushed that off. He was overall not very talkative while we looked at the truck and took if for a test drive. The glove box was kind of loose, so I asked about that and if he knew that it appeared not right, he just told me that's probably just how it's fitted (Okay, fine, just a glove box) and said he could have it looked at - this never did happen, if it did, I was not informed. We went inside, looked at price, eventually decided we'd think about the truck and so we went home. my husband engaged with Matthew about the truck over email - asking about its pricing compared to other similar vehicles. My husband did what he should have for us and asked about them coming down on the price of the truck - they explained this type of sale in their dept wasn't based on marking up the vehicle but placing the vehicles at market price to begin with, so they sell quickly and sell large quantities rather than a big cut per vehicle. This is fine, it is still in our (the customer's) best interest to continue seeing if anything could come down about the price. Mostly no in response, a bit of "let me ask my manager" - that's fine. The truck was coming down by a couple hundred almost every week according to the website so my husband asked about that and when the next cut would be. Matthew replied and said that they don't know when that will happen ahead of time - they find out as they are made. We went back in person, decided to agree that pending AN INSPECTION we are satisfied with of the vehicle, we will walk out the door at an agreed price. It was too late in the evening to do the inspection, so we decided to do it in the morning. By the time we got home the market deduction happened and so the overall price dropped. So, the next morning my husband emailed Matthew about the price drop and basically asked if we could include that price drop in the our-the-door price and Matthew replied saying that the sale price we discussed was already lower than this most recent market value drop. However, the point was the price dropped AFTER our previously discussed sale price so it should have been able to come to lower regardless. We went to the dealership to proceed with the inspection, had the same conversation about the market price drop to which Matthew said it was already reflected in the agreed price. If it was already taken into account or reflected, then wouldn't that mean they did in fact know ahead of time about the market price drop which earlier we were told they didn't know? I definitely feel lied to, and like the dealership was unwilling to work with us on the final price. It was just a couple hundred, but it was principle of it and lack of willingness to show us they wanted our business. At this point we were still willing to purchase the truck, so before we took it to the inspection, we looked at the fees broken out. Dealership fees are $899, so I asked what that entailed, and Matthew said it was a flat fee but included notary services etc. I said "Okay, is there an itemized list of these things" - he replied with "No, it's a flat fee". The way it came out was like I was an idiot for asking further about it. This was my general feeling talking with them in person though. We took the truck still to the inspection, it had rust all over the bottom which wasn't on any of the paperwork or reports beforehand. We came back showed them the inspection AND PICTURES and asked if they would do a rust prevention coating or decrease the price a couple hundred so we could pay to have it fixed ourselves. I am used to dealerships just being courteous enough to be willing to things like this to sell the truck. It was minimal price drop ask and as the customer you should be asking every chance you get. No- first, he looked at us like we were crazy and said they don't do a rust prevention coating there. When we then asked about dropping the price, he gave us the MOST DISGUSTING LOOK AND ATTITUDE while he said "Uh - we've already discounted this vehicle for you"... Okay and???? These people act like they are not in sales. After he said that with the NASTY attitude, which I realized was a pattern at this point, my husband and I were both done. Didn't matter if all the sudden they came down magically by thousands, that was uncalled for, and I won't give someone business after that. You don't treat customers that way - not that from the beginning they ever tried to go above and beyond. We would have still bought that truck!! IT WAS YOUR NASTY ATTITUDE THAT LOST THE SALE. I have little to say about the manager because his attempts in between conversations with Matthew were lazy and small. DON'T BUY FROM HERE AND ALWAYS GET A VEHICLE INSPECTION More

We were presented with numbers for a purchase and decided to walk out as it was too high. That is fine, they are entitled to try to make as much as they can. I began to research other comparables online and found MANY that were much cheaper and similar features to the vehicle we had viewed and driven at Tameron. I sent this to them via email and they rebutted everything, saying that they only mark their vehicles up a tad bit due to being competitive online. Fine, I kept trying to negotiate. It came down to me wanting to take it to an independent shop to get it looked over before making a purchase. We went up to this dealership on a Friday night and discussed pricing again and they gave us a final out the door price which we decided would be okay. The shop was closed so we had to take it the next morning. HOWEVER, that night I looked up the truck price and it had been marked down. This is something I had asked about previously because I noted that the truck was being marked down every 7 days or so. The salesman, upon being asked when the next time it will be marked down for market-competitiveness, told me that he does not know when those markdowns happen and they just come in whenever. SO upon knowing that, and seeing the price they gave us THAT NIGHT before the markdown had come in, I asked if they would be lowering our agreed upon out the door price. He said NO, THAT THE MARKED DOWN PRICE WAS ALREADY INCLUDED. So in saying that, he either was lying about not knowing when the markdowns come in (because he gave us that price before the markdown came through) OR he lied about the agreed upon price. Either way, he was lying about one or the other. Finally, we took it to an independent shop. The shop allowed us under the truck to show that there was significant rusting occurring in the metal underneath, and he recommended we ask the dealership to have a Rust Prevention coat done on the truck. With all that being said, we were prepared to purchase the vehicle. We went back to the dealership and showed pictures of the rust and requested the Rust Prevention, and they said they did not do that at the dealership. We then asked if they would come down on the price since we would need to pay for Rust Prevention on our own. This is the point in which they lost our business. The salesman looked at me and with the nastiest tone and look on his face said "Um... we have already discounted this truck for you". First of all, no it isn't even discounted at all based off the new price, second there is no reason for attitude for a simple question. I wish I had video recording to do justice to how that sentence was expressed so rudely and viciously, and also the look on his face. I am not even sure if he realized how rude his tone and expression were, but that sealed the deal for me. After the previous lying, and then that, my interest was done. I was going to purchase it up until that point. Also, the "discount" ended up only being 50 dollars less than their internet asking price anyway. So with the "new markdown" that he claimed was applied, there was barely any discount if any at all. In summation, I did my due diligence making sure this truck was fairly priced and mechanically sound. It was not, and still I was going to go through with the purchase. The ultimate cause of my eventual fallout of purchase was the extreme attitude I received upon a request of a discount because of RUST PREVENTION, and also the lying they performed. Again I am not even sure if they realize that we knew they were lying, or if he realized the extreme attitude he had. If I hadn't been so taken aback when he said it so nastily, I would have said something so that he knew that was the reason. I am sure it was clear when we got up and just walked out though. In the end, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. Especially if you do not go get the used vehicle taken to an independent shop. THEY WILL NOT COME DOWN ON PRICE no matter what. They mark down the price and then act like they feed that into your agreed upon price. While either lying that they don't know when markdowns come or lying about the fact that our agreed upon price used that new markdown. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP. I don't even know if I would buy a new vehicle here. I have never had such a horrendous time. I believe they got tired of me because I asked a LOT of questions and made them do actual work because I researched comparable trucks, made Excel spreadsheets comparing features and prices showing that their truck was overmarked. I STILL was going to go through with the purchase but I suppose that final question about Rust Prevention irritated him a little too much. Apologies that I am trying to fix your used vehicle before I buy it. If you are diligent, you will not like doing business with them. More
