We were traveling home to MO the end of Feb and had trouble with our 2022Dodge Ram truck. The service department was able to get us in right away. John Conklin was so helpful. We just purchased this Ram truck in August with less than 5000 miles since purchasing. Frustrated that sensor for exhaust failed and truck needed injection system cleaned for 1000+. I was over 1 hour away and notified them when delivered as well as when appointment was made More
