DREAM KILLER ON MY DREAM CAR . .. my experience at TAMERON CHRYSLER- DODGE had been what no customer should ever encounter... ABSOLUTELY UNINTERESTED CUSTOMER RELATIONS.... my sales .. my experience at TAMERON CHRYSLER- DODGE had been what no customer should ever encounter... ABSOLUTELY UNINTERESTED CUSTOMER RELATIONS.... my salesperson through my 7 month ordeal was ANGELA ELLISON ... please I firmly post that no one encounters her sales support.... zero accountability for not know anything concerning products, vehicles , formats of a buying process and most of all zero communication through the process combined with total lack of direction.... from February 2022- September 2022 it was a totally uninformative process due to ANGELA ELLISON's lack of concern for assisting a customer/uninformative leadership/and oh well if you don't like my presentation.... you see I tried to purchase a Jeep Wrangler High Altitude in February 2022 and due to ANGELA ELLISON's qualities of salesmanship she didn't inform me another similar vehicle of my specifications was in transist... ANGELA ELLISON directed me to building my own vehicle which takes 9 or more weeks . I fully accept the world is in a pandemic and the completion and delivery times for the vehicle will obviously be later than scheduled. So I moved upon ANGELA ELLISON's leadership , unknowingly she could have simply search TAMERON's sister lots and or kept me inform of newly arrivals...NO!....we proceeded with ordering the vehicle, credit check, $2000 deposit,etc...afterwhich ANGELA ELLISON informed me she would let me know when she get the VIN# as soon as she gets it... to date I never got the VIN# from ANGELA ELLISON. She never had yet to mention it and the sale is over. I got the VIN # from one of TAMERON's real and dedicated employees by the name of JASON, incredible salesperson by far!!.. now leading up to September the location of ANGELA ELLISON unavailable due to medical issues prior to this she is either , on the phone and never calls back or I'll check on it/ get back with me / yet never follow up with me....now the vehicle has been delivered and unloaded ANGELA ELLISON emerges EXCITINGLY emails me at her convenience that she has me scheduled to pick up the Jeep Wrangler at High Altitude @630pm on a Friday when the dealership closes at 7pm... after I informed her I'm traveling across 3 states due to my job... Saturday morning would have been fine... she request all sorts of documents due to my trade in and insurance for the new vehicle . After signing registration forms and tax forms ANGELA ELLISON tells me we will continue tomorrow since the banks are closed.... DUH!!!! It's 730pm!!!!.... in short I didn't know my credit would have been pull again for the same car as it was in May and then 4 more times while searching a lender... score down to a 600!!!!!!... THANKS ALOT ANGELA ELLISON!... never an apology for her lack of support , simply don't care. Please trust that TAMERON DOES NOT DISCRIMINATE against gender , race ,etc.... it's this sorry excuse for a salesperson by the name of ANGELA ELLISON.. so please seek someone else if encountered by ANGELA ELLISON And must I mention I ordered the Jeep Wrangler High Atltitude with Grey leather seats in May ANGELA ELLISON Blotched the order and placed it for black after re-entering the information , agreed to remembering when I spoke with her that Grey seats was the main concern of the order, then later lying that the factory was out of Grey leather material ON A 2023 JEEP WRANGLER HIGH ATLTITUDE and then says well if you dont want the jeep we will have no problem with selling it we have 13 people waiting on the one you built WTH WOW just ready to give the sale anyway... SAD... when I've been in touch with JEEP CHAT LINE directly throughout the process... it was confirmed a lie the representative said that they wouldn't just give u any color seats due to them being out they will contact the dealership and then the dealership will contact the customer.... just awful salesmanship on her part NEVER AGAIN A TOTAL WASTE OF TIME More
