On October 31, 2013, I took my Maxima to Tamaroff Nissan for the special &79.99 tire rotation, tire balance and oil change. Jeff Miles assisted me and was very helpful and patient. He even showed me how to insert CDs into my dash board as my instruction manual has been stollen. When I mentioned that my windshield wipers were squeaking, they were removed and fixed immediately. I have been a Tamaroff Nissan customer for many years and have always received excellent service from the Sales Department, the Service Department and the Auto Repair Department after having an accident last Christmas Day 2012. I would definitely recommend Tamaroff Nissan to my family and friends. More
The reason why I gave the rating is because of the attention that everyone gave to me and the information provided by the service advisor. I did not feel pressured to spend more on additional work attention that everyone gave to me and the information provided by the service advisor. THe salesperson at checkout was very helpful. Not only was she friendly, but she made me aware of a discount and I saved $10 on my oil change. However, he did advise me that the choice I made in purchasing my Nissan Quest was the right one based on the performance and quality of the vehicle. He was encouraging when I was doubtful. I LOVE my Quest and am grateful for the process, his courtesy and friendliness and most of all, his knowledge of the vehicle and how it would fit my needs. More
Overall, my experience was excellent with Tamaroff Nissan. I was in and out in 45 minutes which was great since they had quoted me 1.5 hours when I setup my appointment. My only issue was price which is why I rated it at "Good". Normally, you would pay $60 to have your local Oil Change place swap out the transmission fluid. I guess since the transmission type in my Nissan Altima is CVT, it requires a really expensive fluid. Other than that, a quick and painless experience with the Tamaroff service department! More
Have been having problems with my 2004 Maxima that has been stalling and losing power. A very stressful situation. They diagnosed the problem. Installed new sensors and test drove the car.
