I took my car in because I thought it was making a strange noise and was sluggish when acccelerating. Matt was very patient with me and submitted the car to a tech for analysis. The tech checked it a test drove it and couldn't find a problem. I am not very mechanical and it would have been very easy for them to charge me for repair or the analysis and I couldn't argue with it. I was not charged. I live in downtown Detroit and my friends wonder why I drive all the way out to for facility for maintenance. I really appreciate your honesty and your good work when repair is needed. I went in for an oil change and new tire. The tire was not in stock. The service person was as helpful as possible, but a tire for one of your new cars should have been in stock. Because of the ppl that came in behind me was being service at that time. I should been made aware so that I could have what was recommended done. 7 I asked why not tell me before you took my car out of the service area? I was told again because the ppl that was being service that came after I did. I just think I wasn't spending enough money to get the total attention I needed. So of course, I would be the one inconvenienced. Everybody does not drink coffee!!!! More
On October 31, 2013, I took my Maxima to Tamaroff Nissan for the special &79.99 tire rotation, tire balance and oil change. Jeff Miles assisted me and was very helpful and patient. He even showed me how to insert CDs into my dash board as my instruction manual has been stollen. When I mentioned that my windshield wipers were squeaking, they were removed and fixed immediately. I have been a Tamaroff Nissan customer for many years and have always received excellent service from the Sales Department, the Service Department and the Auto Repair Department after having an accident last Christmas Day 2012. I would definitely recommend Tamaroff Nissan to my family and friends. More
The reason why I gave the rating is because of the attention that everyone gave to me and the information provided by the service advisor. I did not feel pressured to spend more on additional work attention that everyone gave to me and the information provided by the service advisor.
