Kevin was very friendly regarding my tire, which was busted because I hit a pothole. He followed up with the company that sold me the gaurantee for car, and he made sure they sent me the correct and ne busted because I hit a pothole. I went to Tamaroff because they offer an extensive selection of certified cars. I had read mixed reviews online; however, their services were undoubtedly impressive and nothing short of the best! The employees were very down to earth, honest, and hardworking. They were always concerned with my best interests, and it is obvious that they treat their customers with the utmost respect. They were remarkably knowledgeable about their products and answered all of my questions professionally. Even though I did not purchase or lease a vehicle from them on my first visit, I intend to in the near future. Surprisingly, I did not feel pressured to sign a contract, as I have so often felt at other dealerships I've visited. This is how I know I will make a puchase from them soon!
