I took my car in because I thought it was making a strange noise and was sluggish when acccelerating. Matt was very patient with me and submitted the car to a tech for analysis. I am not very mechanical and it would have been very easy for them to charge me for repair or the analysis and I couldn't argue with it. I was not charged. I went in for an oil change and new tire. The tire was not in stock. The service person was as helpful as possible, but a tire for one of your new cars should have been in stock. Because of the ppl that came in behind me was being service at that time. I should been made aware so that I could have what was recommended done. 7 I asked why not tell me before you took my car out of the service area? I was told again because the ppl that was being service that came after I did. I just think I wasn't spending enough money to get the total attention I needed.
