My Nissan Pathfinder was in a accident. The insurance company paid over 4000.00 to fix the vehicle and it took 3 weeks to finish which is not the problem. I asked for my vehicle to go to service to get m company paid over 4000.00 to fix the vehicle and it took 3 weeks to finish which is not the problem. I asked for my vehicle to go to service to get my air conditioner repaired which they did for 450.00. When the repairs were done I called and ask the service person if they could put a new front tire on my vehicle before I picked it up he said no. He explain to me that there were to many vehicle in front of mine and I will have to bring the vehicle in next day which was a Saturday. I thought that was rude considering how long I went without my vehicle. P.S. The spare was left on my vehicle from the accident I was not aware of it until I went to Discount Tire and they made me aware all my tires were not the same size. More

As soon as I pulled into the service shop Charles was at my door before I could even put my car in park. He was very polite and actually listened to what I had to say about my car. He wasn't overbearing and did not talk over me or make it seem like he knew more about cars than me. He listened, remembered what I said and got my car and papers processed fast. The thing I really loved was after my car was done being worked on he FULLY explained what was done, why it was done, what that means, what was checked that I mentioned, why it was checked, he actually explained each page of my paperwork to me, which most employees do not. I loved that Charles took the time to make sure I understood what was happening with my car. Even after I left the shop if I had concerns I called Charles and he got right back with me in a timely fashion and answered all of my questions. I had great service at the Tamaroff Nissan dealership and a large part of my satisfaction was having Charles as a guide. Thanks! More
