Paul Chung was the sales manager that I had to deal with that ruined the experience. He seemed like a cool guy but took an old school high pressure low ball and attempt to intimidate approach. The negotiations could have been so much more calm and respectful but he took over. I would only come back for another car if I knew I didn’t have to work with him! Lizzy (Elizabeth) and the used car sales manager and the rest of the staff were awesome!
