Fast service….I asked for oil change and service advisor recommended 30k service that wasn’t needed since car only has 12k. Called competing dealer and was told just oil change is sufficient. I made the appointment after getting an email for a special deal on service at this dealership. I told the lady about it when I made the appointment. When I was checking in, the man said I needed to sh special deal on service at this dealership. I told the lady about it when I made the appointment. When I was checking in, the man said I needed to show him a coupon. I told him I didn’t have a coupon because it was an email. He didn’t care about that, so no good deal for me. He also said it would be 2 hours before my car was done. That was very long, considering I had made an appointment. So I was not happy with how I was dealt with. More
