Terrible experience. My hood was left un latched after being serviced. I was also told 2 different prices by 2 different dealerships for a service on 60000. From Rodlan My hood was left un latched after being serviced. I was also told 2 different prices by 2 different dealerships for a service on 60000. From Rodland Toyota I was instructed 580$... through swickward 1240$. This is a massive difference and concerning as I do not need the maintenance. Swickward is trying to upsell me on service not needed till 90000. I will not be returning as I've also not had my tires rotated the past three visits. My previous visit I came in for an oil change all they did was inspect my vehicle and I had to wait an extra 4 hours. Hopefully you guys figure things out. More

Trustworthy. I’ve had my last 3 cars serviced there By the former owner ( Magic ) through to the current owner ( Swickard ) . Patrick, was outstanding my last vis I’ve had my last 3 cars serviced there By the former owner ( Magic ) through to the current owner ( Swickard ) . Patrick, was outstanding my last visit . There were some slight problems at times in the past with the shop not putting things back in working order after service . The Service Advisors made sure things were corrected. They took full responsibility for the errors without any hassle . I encourage Swickard to continue to empower those service advisors to continue making on the spot decisions about quality control & costumer exit experience. It really takes the stress out of situations like that . And , in total makes any minor mistakes Simple human errors… not negligence. More
