I would rate this dealer as just fair. On my last two trips, 4/2/21 and 11/12/21, the service department failed to complete all work as directed by me or procedures directed by Toyota. On 4/2/21, at the trips, 4/2/21 and 11/12/21, the service department failed to complete all work as directed by me or procedures directed by Toyota. On 4/2/21, at the completion of service, the service reminder was not reset and the mileage was incorrectly logged as 546,911 when it should have been logged as 54,911. On 11/12/21, I instructed the service department not to replace the cabin air filter. The technician replaced the cabin air filter anyway. When I pointed this out to Shaylon Depew, the service advisor, he said he would remove the $43.95 charge from the invoice. When I got home and studied invoice 118218, the $43.95 charge for the cabin air filter had not been removed as promised. More
