Nicolo was the BEST EVER salesperson. I passed up getting this car less expensively in Puyallup because I wanted to support Nicolo as an outstanding salesperson. When going through the payment pro getting this car less expensively in Puyallup because I wanted to support Nicolo as an outstanding salesperson. When going through the payment process, and looking at the list of charges, I found that Dealer $$$ add-ons were offensive and expensive. Example: It is absolutely ridiculous to put things like a "one-year free dent repair" on the financial breakdown.....and charge the buyer $400 (now it is up to $900+) for something many buyers wouldn't want or need. I bought my 2010 Prius from this dealership when it was Magic Toyota, and I found that experience to be five star. Not only will I not be supporting Swickard owners by recommending this dealership to friends and family, I would not support Swickard owners by purchasing another car there myself., BTW, in almost 12 years of driving the Prius, I have never had a dent. More
Was told it would take 2 hours, but needed up taking 5 hours. I called twice to check to see when my car would be done and they couldn’t reach the service advisor, and they would have them call me. I bought a new Toyota Corolla 2021, and after 3 months, the car started to make a sound when using the brakes while driving, as if there was something unstable. There is no problem and the last time they told me when you start hearing this sound come to our site and we will send someone to fix the problem and this is what I did but they did not send anyone I don't know what to do this problem caused me a lot of stress and insecurity when I did Using my car and I lost a lot of money because of not working because the last time I left the car 3 days in the hope that they would fix it and I called them more than once to find out why this delay and they were saying that they are working to fix the defect and on the third day when I went they spoke to me in a different way Civilized and that the car does not have any problems made me feel as if I am dealing with dishonest and irresponsible people who do not know what they are doing More
