Eric Was Awesome I went to them because they had the car of me dreams, a 2009 Genesis 4.6, the first edition which was awarded car of the year. Its always scary buyi I went to them because they had the car of me dreams, a 2009 Genesis 4.6, the first edition which was awarded car of the year. Its always scary buying a used car becaus you never know what your gonna get after the sale. Well my car happened to trigger an engine light the day I drive off the lot. I immediately called Eric( he was on his way home) He jumped all over the situation to ensure me everything would be ok. He said take the car back and give the keys to so n so, I'll call and let him know to keep the gate open, The end result, it was a gas gap issue. The car is in tip top shape just as he assured me. The thing that impressed me the most about this Suntrup location is the way that no one there was a hawk seeking to take a victim like so many dealerships. I'll be going back for sure. Eric and his team are awesome. More

Great Customer experience I was looking at new cars and visited the Suntrup dealership. I never thought I would buy a Buick, but after test driving the new Encore- that is what I was looking at new cars and visited the Suntrup dealership. I never thought I would buy a Buick, but after test driving the new Encore- that is what I decided on. This is a well made car, drives great and has many features. Hollie was wonderful to work with and I was treated very fairly and the transaction went smoothly. Hollie treated my wife and I respectfully and we were given a great deal. The Encore has all the equipment I wanted and is perfect if you have a bad back. The driver's seat is adjustable, has lumbar support and the steering wheel is adjustable. It has tilt and telescopic, this is great for drivers with longer legs. The safety features are also great many air bags and a back up camera. Again, Hollie will treat you very fairly and takes the time to answer questions. She is top-notch. More

Internet sale with Eric Trigg was life changing. I hate buying a car. Everything about the process is painful to me. I find what I want after days of looking and researching, and then I have to go an I hate buying a car. Everything about the process is painful to me. I find what I want after days of looking and researching, and then I have to go and fight for it. This purchase from Suntrup GMC was life changing. Found the car through a third party website, it linked me to Suntrup's website. I scheduled a visit for a Saturday morning. Upon arrival at dealership, instead of dodging sales people, I told them about my appointment. Eric knew why I was there and was ready to serve me. He told me what he knew about the car and handed me the keys. NO Pressure! After the research I had done I knew what to look at on the used SUV. We had had most of the paperwork done before we told him what the price was. The finance guy(Kyle Moore) was quick and to the point, no games. We travelled far and wide to take advantage of "great deals" only to be bullied, taken advantage of, made victims of the 'bait and switch' and experienced disappointment after disappointment. Suntrup Buick was our LAST attempt. We were both dreading the experience of shopping another time during the 2 hours it took to get to St Peters. At Suntrup we were treated with considerate attention, no pressure, and had everything explained to us. We left with our new car within a couple of hours! Still can't believe how professionally and smoothly run, that dealership is. We're certain we'll be trading 'up' at Suntrup Buick GMC, at some point in the future ;) More

Great, no pressure sales person (Hollie McElroy) I appreciate the honest, no pressure approach to the sales process. I began the process by just happening to drop by one Saturday, I met with Hollie, I appreciate the honest, no pressure approach to the sales process. I began the process by just happening to drop by one Saturday, I met with Hollie, expressed an interest in a new truck. We shared information back and forth for about 45 days. During that whole time, I didn't feel any pressure, just friendly information. It may it very easy to close the deal when I was ready, and the negotiations were final. Good job. I am hoping that the service department is as effective as the sales process. More
