He was thrilled, we were thrilled. Then......on Christmas Eve someone plowed into his front bumper. The reason this was an even bigger then usual deal was because my son was leaving Missouri for a job out West on January 2. Where in the world could we find an auto body shop that could repair his car the week in between Christmas and New Year's. I texted Eric on Christmas Eve, he not only responded but said he was sure he could find someone to fix the car in time. He texted me the day after Christmas and had arranged an appointment for an auto body shop who could get the work done. Not only did he arrange all of this over Christmas, but he escorted us to the auto body shop!!! That is above and beyond customer service!!!!
