He was thrilled, we were thrilled. Then......on Christmas Eve someone plowed into his front bumper. The reason this was an even bigger then usual deal was because my son was leaving Missouri for a job out West on January 2. Where in the world could we find an auto body shop that could repair his car the week in between Christmas and New Year's. I texted Eric on Christmas Eve, he not only responded but said he was sure he could find someone to fix the car in time. He texted me the day after Christmas and had arranged an appointment for an auto body shop who could get the work done. Not only did he arrange all of this over Christmas, but he escorted us to the auto body shop!!! That is above and beyond customer service!!!! I wouldn't hesitate to buy our next car from and Eric Trigg and Suntrup Buick!! More

Eric Was Awesome I went to them because they had the car of me dreams, a 2009 Genesis 4.6, the first edition which was awarded car of the year. Its always scary buyi I went to them because they had the car of me dreams, a 2009 Genesis 4.6, the first edition which was awarded car of the year. Its always scary buying a used car becaus you never know what your gonna get after the sale. Well my car happened to trigger an engine light the day I drive off the lot. I immediately called Eric( he was on his way home) He jumped all over the situation to ensure me everything would be ok. He said take the car back and give the keys to so n so, I'll call and let him know to keep the gate open, The end result, it was a gas gap issue. The car is in tip top shape just as he assured me. The thing that impressed me the most about this Suntrup location is the way that no one there was a hawk seeking to take a victim like so many dealerships. I'll be going back for sure. Eric and his team are awesome. More
