Jeff, we are very sorry for the inconvenience. We have only ever had one incident of the 21B10 not programming, which had to have been your vehicle. Unfortunately that is entirely out of our control when the download comes from Ford's website and requires successful communication from their site, through the laptop to your vehicle. For whatever reason, it gave us some serious difficulties and refused to work on your vehicle, which again we are very sorry. We had planned to resume or reattempt the recall, but from what we understand it has since been resolved by another dealer. Thank you for your response. I understand it happening once but when it occurred a second time and no one gave any indication that a solution was found, we made arrangements at another dealership. We are still waiting on this appointment

Ok. Yes, there was quite a bit of communication back and forth between us and Ford on this one. I can't promise that it will go smooth, as I see there are many DTC codes and messages on your vehicle online Ford's website regarding the vehicle health report. So there might be a little bit more to all this for some reason on your vehicle. If you would like, I am happy to get you back in this week. I spoke with my staff, and we can fit it back in to be looked at Thursday afternoon/Friday morning. How about dropping it off Thursday with us anytime before 1pm and letting us take another look? Ultimately if it gets complicated and we would need to carry it over the weekend, we can see about Ford assisting with a loaner vehicle. Does that sound ok? - Justin
