It was such a great experience that when I was unexpectedly T-boned at 60 mph, Totaling my brand new car, there was no question that my new car purchase would also be from here. The care and compassion that Joe Hill and Sunset Ford Waterloo has shown me through the second purchase has been nothing short of amazing. From our first phone call, Joe went right to work to find me the exact same vehicle. We live over an hour away and they did everything they could to make applying for financing easy. Under the circumstances, they were able to put the deal together And have everything ready to go so all I needed to do was come in sign the paperwork and be on our way.
