I arrived at the scheduled time. I met with Mr. Robert Reynold (Services Advisor) and he confirmed the appointment . He greeted me with a smile. He was courteous and polite. All paperwork was completed in a timely manner. My vehicle was taken to the Service Department. There was no high pressure sales for work that was not requested. My time at Sunrise went well. I will continue to use this Dealership for my car repairs. More
Called and set up apt for 1:00pm to have my Corvette first year service done and they told me I could get it done by morning of the next day. Called mid morning and they told me they were working on it first year service done and they told me I could get it done by morning of the next day. Called mid morning and they told me they were working on it. When over at 1:00pm and found my car in the service lot and it looked like it had not been worked on. Went in and asked the service tech were they finished with it and he stated they were still working on it, which was not true. Asked if they had started and told him it was still in the lot and caught him off guard. Got some xx but ok got my car and now I am taking it to another dealer! My bad on not pushing them when I dropped my car off for a time it would be ready. A lot more to the story but be careful dealing with them. More
The dealership service department is professional, courteous, and honest. If they can get to your car quickly the will tell you. Cannot believe how poor the service was at the dealership. Never got my concerns answered, kept my car 5 days to tell me the parts not available, suggested I trade it and get a new one from them. dealership. Have no idea what jeopardy I am in, and dash lights not even working!! $1000 and have no assurances. Like they did me a favor taking my money, dismissive and not concerned about customer satisfaction or safety. Derogatory about my car warranty, just very critical of everything about taking my business. Cannot imagine ever seeking repairs or service from them again. Extreme cost and hardship and condescending attitude. Very unhappy with an awful experience when I really needed help and professional service and quality work on car I depend on critically. More
I took my car to the dealer for a recall repair, and did not have any issues at all when I delivered it to this location. Very unusual that such malfunction happened after the dealer serviced my car for the first time ever!!! and also quite interesting sice I refused additional services, but just ordered the free recal repairs!!! More
