Service intake is rude about it and has extremely poor communication on helping to manage schedule for picking up car pick up for when it ever is repaired and ready to go. The costs of repairs is shady and makes one feel unsure if they are telling the truth. Would not recommend at all. Bought several cars here, but never again because I don’t trust the service on the vehicle. Went in for oil change and they held car hostage until we paid $180 for just an estimate of what was onto a air conditioner blower that went out on a newer vehicle. No sensitivity and just rude. More
Loss of a 7 time customer! Bought a 2015 Chevrolet Silverado at the end of May 2018. The truck looked almost new but it had not been checked out. I have had it 3 weeks and the air condition compressor has gone out and the want over 1500.00 to fix it and told me not to drive it because it locked up. I asked them if they had a vehicle to help me out and they told me to get an UBER! I have bought 7 vehicles from them and this is the last! There customer service is horrible and the General manager Jeff Jackson has the personality of a tree. More

Discounts are bogus Went for 4 tires and other maintenance. A mailed military discount of 10% of invoice was offered and requested. Daryl Moore brushed that aside and said I will get you a good discount. Examining invoice showed Moore signed me up for a tire discount of $70. It covered tires only. I did not want this but they were adamant. Total bill = $1595. 10% discount of $159 is now $70. Classic switcheroo. Dishonest people they!! More

In saying that 99% of the employees could care less. Purchased a 2016 Yukon SLT, this year, problem started the day I bought it. There's too many issues this car has to write on here, it's been in service probably 12 times-same problems from my first service visit-a week after I purchased it, those problems have not be resolved, and simply can't be, GMC messed up on these 2016's-and it tough luck for the ones who have them. I just want people to know be every careful buying a vehicle at GMC COLLIERVILLE. Read every review, ask a million questions, and don't always believe them. We paid cash (certainly enough for one of their employees salary this year) for this vehicle and it's has been the biggest mistake of my life. CRAZY PART- GMC is completely aware due to the thousands of the same exact complaints I have. They have admitted these Yukons have a lot to be corrected, and will not replace/fix them to the extreme amount of money that it would cost and the negative publicity. I am not able to have my personal mechanic fix them b/c it voids my warranty. I will never purchase a vechile from them again. More

Service department ripped me off. Classic case of dealership (humans) just too tempted to rip of a vulnerable customer. Our truck 4WD just stopped working and then the truck refused to move. We had to have it towed to Sunrise (chosen online mainly because of towing distance being free with AAA). We were only dealing with them by phone and were afraid to have it towed somewhere and we were not rude or pushy which all probably set us up for the rip off, They kept it for over two weeks trying to "figure it out" and finally repairing it seemingly by "trial and error" and $3600 later. Some of the steps and expenses were not clearly explained or authorized. If we had it to do over again we would have gotten a professional second opinion and/or gone with our gut and had it towed somewhere else when we suspected we were getting ripped off or they were just plain incompetent. When we picked it up the manager (Caleb) we had dealt with most of the time was not friendly, the truck was still dirty and had an extra pop can thrown in the bed... and we just felt horrible (ripped off). Bottom line: Don't trust their service department! Go somewhere else! More
Went in to dealer to get headlight bulb replaced on drivers side of 2008 Chevy Equinox. I had previosly purchased the replacement bulbs from Amazon and would have done it myself, however this particul drivers side of 2008 Chevy Equinox. I had previosly purchased the replacement bulbs from Amazon and would have done it myself, however this particular model involves removing some of the front part of the car to get to the headlights. As I'm still recovering from a broken arm and wasn't even sure i could get the chrome plate off the front without breaking it, i figured I would take it to the dealership instead. The guy told me it was going to cost $123 to replace one bulb. Then when I asked him how much for both headlights, he told me it would be double the price...so $246!!. After my wife called to complain (and the service manager hung up on her), they finally reduced the bill to $85!. They replaced both headlights using the parts that I had already purchased from Amazon. These people are clearly crooked. I will never do business with them in the future! More
Spent over $50,000 on Yukon with obvious defect that should have been recalled. This dealer wanted me to pay for the labor.
