One word to describe my experience with them “TERRIBLE”! I had an appointment in the service department yesterday to fix a squeal coming from my 2023 Camry. A new car shouldn’t have a squeal. Erin Skowronsk I had an appointment in the service department yesterday to fix a squeal coming from my 2023 Camry. A new car shouldn’t have a squeal. Erin Skowronski, a service rep, had me wait almost three hours and never came to the lobby the tell me anything. Meanwhile, three different rotations of customers came in and out while I was waiting. After 1 1/2 hours I went to the office and asked Erin about how much longer the car would be. She just blew me off. I am a disabled veteran with a cane and after three hours she told me that they could not find the problem and for me take make another appointment to come back and leave my car there for “a couple of days”. It was really difficult for me to get THAT time, let alone come back. Shame. More
