Perhaps unlike many people, I was not particularly excited about purchasing a new car. I didn't quite know what I wanted, and I generally distrust car sales people because I feel they'll take advanta excited about purchasing a new car. But after dealing with Renee and Suburan Infiniti I have changed my attitude. The whole process was much nicer than I had anticipated. Renee was as pleasant and helpful as could be, and seemed legitimately concerned about doing whatever was ncessary to make me happy. And Winston was super-professional. We discussed pricing, the add-ons which were available, etc., and at no time did I feel like I was getting a hard-sell. Indeed, it was quite the opposite. To say the team at Suburban Infiniti of Novi put the customer first would be an understatement. From the very moment I walked in the door I was made to feel welcome. I sat down with my sales consultant, Charles Biggs, where he spent ample time talking with me to ascertain exactly what I was looking for in a vehicle. After this discussion, I was given the opportunity to take a test drive of the 2012 G37X coupe. Charles gave me a thorough explanation of all the car's specs and features, which certainly helped me to arrive at a more informed decision. Upon returning to the dealership we began negotiations on the vehicle. At this stage, the business manager Winston Howard also got involved. I was highly impressed with both their approaches to negotiating. I felt like they were genuinely interested in getting me the best deal possible, unlike other dealerships who only seem interested in moving stock off the lot. I explained to them that I was only new to the country and hence have a limited credit history. And as this presented a few problems when applying for finance, this is when Charles and Winston truly went above and beyond in order to get me into a brand new Infiniti vehicle. Needless to say, it's now two weeks on and I am very satisfied Infiniti driver. Had it not been for the extra effort of both Charles and Winston this would not have been possible.
