I went to Infinity of Novi after having narrowed down my list of "possible cars" to 5. Infiniti of Novi was my first stop on the list. The car was exactly what I had in mind--with that "European drive feeling" that I wanted. Winston Howard made the credit approval process go very quickly and in a matter of hours, my car had been selected, a price agreed upon, and all was in order for a pick up the following day. When I returned for my car, Renee went through the entire car with me to explain how to operate all of the features. She also introduced me to the service team and I found every employee there to be extremely friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this dealership if you're in the market for an Infiniti. More

I left the dealership feeling like I was about to get a good deal but that changed the following business day. I signed on a piece of paper saying that I will take the deal provided my car sold and put dow good deal but that changed the following business day. My car didn't get sold and I found out that my card had been charged the deposit amount, on calling them I was told that the only way to get my money was to come to the dealership (again not told this during my negotiations). Infiniti called me 6 times till late at night the same day because they wanted to sell the car and I had already told them in the afternoon that I was unable to sell the car. The level of communication was at the harassment level. I'm not going to be coming back to this dealership again. On the question of charges to my card, I've disputed the charges with my credit card company. More

I went in to Suburban Infiniti of Novi for an oil change and while waiting asked for Renee Gleason, whom I had met previously on another visit. I loved my car and wanted another Infiniti. Renee showed me two different cars and I drove one of them. I wanted to talk with my husband about the possibility of purchasing one of them. The following evening Renee brought the car we were considering to our home to show to my husband and take it for a test drive. Unfortunately, I was leaving for AZ the next morning. We made a down payment and Renee arranged financing for me. She overnighted the papers to AZ for my signature. While I was in AZ she kept in constant contact with me. She delivered the car to my home while I was gone (to my husband) so it was there when I returned home. Renee was very responsive to my questions and phone calls, and followed up each step of the way. She made the purchase an enjoyable experience for us and suggested she would always be available to us if needed. I have always been happy with my experience at this dealership. I would not hesitate to recommend it to my friends, and would certainly recommend Renee to them.
