Best Car Buying Experience in 20 Years! Over the years I have purchased many cars. And I must say that, Suburban Infiniti of Novi was indeed my best car buying experience. My husband and I was in the market to buy another luxury used car. After hours of searching the internet, we came across a used Mercedes Benz at Suburban Infiniti of Novi, that was priced just right! I called the dealership and I wanted to talk to someone about their financing and application process, via the internet. From the moment, I spoke to Charles Biggs to us signing the paperwork, we worked with a team. Charles was very polite, transparent and answered all of my questions and concerns over the phone and in person. I felt confident that he would take care of us. When we arrived at the dealership for the test drive and final approvals, Charles introduced us to Theresa King. Theresa was very informative, polite and was ready to address all of our concerns, following the test drive. Unlike many salespeople, she was not concerned about just closing the sale, she wanted us to be confident in our purchase. Theresa shared with Ed Biagas our concerns regarding the vehicle, he took the keys and test drove the car himself. He immediately agreed to handle the minor servicing of the vehicle without hesitation. Ed went above and beyond our expectations, to ensure that we were satisfied. Great Dealership for Used Cars! Our family was looking for quality used vehicles for our college kids. Infiniti of Novi (Suburban Collection) has a great selection of vehicles. There were over 1400 vehicles to select from their various locations. We ended up getting a 2008 Dodge Caliber and 2009 Saturn Aura. Both vehicles were sent through a 150 point inspection. Anything that needed to be updated or corrected was taken car of. Our salesman Allesandro did an outstanding job! They even went to the extent of have vehicles delivered from other locations just so we could test drive them. The only "compliant" I would post is that I had a good interest rate for financing from my own credit union. Their finance department ran numerous credit inquiries trying to "beat" my rate, but weren't even close. If you have good credit and a good rate, use your own financing. Also I want to add that we discovered the Caliber's power mirrors were not working shortly after we got it home. They had us bring the vehicle over to take care of the issue. The final compliment was their willingness to share the inspection data, repairs and Carfax information. More

I found a Nissan Maxima on the Suburban Infiniti of Novi website and decided to stop by the dealership to have a test drive. As soon as I stepped in I was welcome by sales manager Ed Biagas and right away it felt like I grew up with the guy, very friendly and down to earth and he got me right over to Jean-Joseph Limage II and outstanding salesman , who despite the horrible weather took his time in showing me the vehicle and making sure the test drive was a good experience. I really thank Jean for two reasons. First he answered all my questions about the Nissan Maxima, but secondly he very tactfully introduced me to the Inifiniti brand and suggested I that I at least take the Inifiniti g35x for a test drive. I loved the car and even though I had some reservations about switching from the Maxima, all that disappeared when Jean explained all the benefits and performance features of the g35x. I purchased the Infiniti and couldn't be happier!!! A big thanks to Jean, Ed and Charles Biggs for all their help and outstanding customer service. I recently purchased a 2012 Infiniti M37x and couldn't be any happier. I switched from a BMW 5 series and was looking for a car that combines luxury and sportiness. I shopped and compared Audi A6, Acura TL and Lexus G350. But the minute I sat in the Infiniti, I knew righty away. It has a nicer interior, an agile handling, a luxurious and comfortable ride with a sporty feel. The staff at Suburban Infiniti of Novi were courteous, professional and very helpful. They made my purchase experience easy and wonderful.
