I came in for a battery change on my Infiniti. I had my battery replaced 11 months ago and had to jump it several times prior to coming in and having to have it replaced again. The replacement battery was under the two year warranty and so I didnt have to pay for the replacement. After the battery was replaced I noticed that my aftermarket alarm was not working and the service consultant refused to help me with this telling me that they wouldnt have changed this and I should talk to the installer. After returning to my vehicle there was a large 14 inch scratch on the trunk deck of my car that was in a circular pattern similar to a washing or drying motion. I spoke to the service manager who had the detailer look at it. The detailer indicated it was a fresh scratch and that it may have been caused by the washer's brush. He repaired the scratch but it is still is visible. I spoke with the service manager who implied that they could not have caused this despite what the detailer said. I was very upset with the response and asked to speak with a manager as I would not feel comfortable returning to Suburban Infiniti of Novi given the experience I had. I was told I would be contacted by Suburban's service manager later that day but did not recieve any such call for several days later. I have been to several infiniti dealerships throughout my time with the vehicle and have always been satisfied until my experience at Suburban Infiniti of Novi. I would recommend you find another place to service your vehicle if you care for your vehicle as its clear the service team at Suburban Infiniti of Novi will not do it for you. More

Instead, he picked up the phone and made several phone calls so we coud learn the facts about the car. We really appreciated Jean's honest, open approach and we felt we'd learned all we could about the SUV before buying it. When we had to delay the delivery date due to an out-of-town business trip and coming down with sinus imfections, Jean offered to make the two-hour trip to bring the car to our home. There were no surprises in the paperwork and we were able to sign everything as we expected. We were so pleased with our experience with Jean that we'd buy a car from him again. More

I am a repeat customer of Renee Gleason. She made her first sale with me the day she started. She's been extremely attentive and friendly and helpful which in this day and age means a lot. Charles was very informative regarding the financial aspect of the transaction and Paul Sugars played his role as support personnel to Renee. The fact that I came back is a credit to all the above but honestly mostly because of Renee. I have a friend that now works at a BMW dealership that very much wanted my business, and my husband was surely pushing me in that direction, but it was Renee's persistence and charm that lured me back. And I truly do love my car! More

The customer service given by Jean Joseph Limage II was the best I ever received from any car dealership, and this also includes when I was not purchasing.He was very involved from beginning to end, He is the best. he walked me through the whole process, gave a quick crash course in learning my QX 56, Gave me a nice lunch not no fast food, and he also programmed my destination in the navigator to get me back home I lived an hour away. then He introduced me to Kevin who overcame all obstacles that presented it selves to him he was patient and I was too. The printer was not working paper work had to be done over, just stuff that would make an average person change their attitude but he didn't and that is a huge plus for me because I love helping people. now I believe He is the owner he was so nice and he would always pop up where ever I popped (laughter) Please excuse me for not remembering your name, you are awesome thanks for wanting to give me coffee give me tea (I am a coco drinker) and each time you offered I said no thank you sir, until you asked me if I wanted cookies and I said yes. you brought Jean and I cookies and also the lady that was sitting next to me (but she said no). I purchased my first SUV from Renee and over the years she has called customer service I received from my salesperson Renee Gleason. And this is why. I purchased my first SUV from Renee and over the years she has called to check on me and my truck. However, one day she called and said come on out and look at some new trucks and I did. Renee worked with me and I test drove several trucks but I selected the QX56 which I love, although I drove several trucks Renee never had a problem with getting vehicles ready even in the rain. Renee has called to make sure I am learning my options and that I am happy. She programmed my phone and made sure I knew how to operate everything in my new truck. I will drive my new truck for a couple of years and I will return to Renee to purchase another one. Service is Renee middle name.......Renee offered me water, coffee pop whatever I needed,,,,she is a doll!!!!!! More
