Outstanding Experience! I just wanted to Thank Jean Limage, Ed Biagas and the whole team at Infiniti of Novi. Purchasing a vehicle in the past has never been one of my favor I just wanted to Thank Jean Limage, Ed Biagas and the whole team at Infiniti of Novi. Purchasing a vehicle in the past has never been one of my favorite things to do. The stress and pressure, etc. My experience with Jean Limage put me right at ease, made me feel very comfortable and changed my perception of purchasing a vehicle. I started this whole process communicating with Jean via email, as my schedule is crazy to say the least. Jean took the time to answer my every question, and even emailed me a comprehensive video of the FX35 I was interested in. He went over the entire car in great detail, which was so helpful. I was able to finally go out to the dealership and drive the vehicle I was interested in. Jean Limage was very informative, taking the time to go over the vehicle, demonstrating all of the car's features, and value that Infiniti truly is. He also took the time to take me on a tour of the dealership to ensure I would be right at home the next time I brought my new purchase in for service, etc. Ed Biagas was also awesome. He was able to help my wife and I get the most for our trades as possible, and made us feel very comfortable. I am thrilled with my new vehicle, and I highly recommend Jean Limage and all of Suburban Infiniti of Novi! Thanks so much! More
salespeople are unprofessional I had been asked by dealership to discuss issue Paul Sugars. Issue was with a misrepresentation of advertisement. Upon arrival Paul would not talk to I had been asked by dealership to discuss issue Paul Sugars. Issue was with a misrepresentation of advertisement. Upon arrival Paul would not talk to me which is now the second time he refuses to discuss situation and directs me to Ed Biagas. After a brief discussion which was unproductive as dealership had no intentions of resolving issue which is frustrating as they continue to have complete disrespect for other peoples time. As i got up to leave after being told that negotiation is over I was surprised to see reaction from Ed. Ed yelled "leave my dealership now and never come back!" a few times as i was walking out the door. He confronted me at the doorway continuing tell yell at me with a threatening stance. As i looked over the secretary and Alessandro where just as surprised on what had transpired as i was. Never in my life have a been treated as such. I completely shocked on how they treat their customers. Never did do or say anything that should prompted to act as such. Is this typical behavior? More
Infiniti I had a great experience at Infiniti of Novi. They were able to get me the car I wanted within a week at a great price. The previous owner was a smoke I had a great experience at Infiniti of Novi. They were able to get me the car I wanted within a week at a great price. The previous owner was a smoker, so the car smelled somewhat bad, but they were able to use an oxidizer to get the smell out. Great people! More

I did not feel any pressure when negotiating a satisfactory price for myself and the dealership. Alessandro made sure I was comfortable and gave me all the information I needed to help make the best decisions. Unfortunately, I had a negative encounter with the financial department, in particular Charles Biggs. I understand why I was being offered additional coverage packages for my new vehicle. I knew I would have warranty for the first three thousand miles and would have to pay out of pocket after. I was satisfied with this and therefore opted out of any additional coverage. Once he realized I was not interested in any extra warranty package, Mr. Biggs became unfriendly and made me feel very uncomfortable. Within 20 miles of leaving the dealership with my new car, I noticed a defect and immediately returned to get it resolved. Alessandro was great. He offered to take my car in to be worked on without hesitation. He even gave me a loaner car for the night while the defect was being fixed. While Allessandro was working to get my situation resolved, Charles Biggs stepped out of his office and made some disgusting comments to me. He tried to insinuate that I would not have been in that predicament if I had gotten the extra warranty. At the end of the day, I was covered for three thousand miles and it shouldn't have mattered either way. Maybe he was trying to be funny, but it was rude and very condescending. If Alessandro went to work for a new dealership, I would tell everyone to seek him out for his excellent customer service. However, I will not recommend my friends or family to go to Suburban infinity because of Charles Biggs. More
150 Point inspection not as advertised buyer beware As most people are concerned with purchasing a used car you try to limit your risk by going to reputable dealership but as I learned the hard way this As most people are concerned with purchasing a used car you try to limit your risk by going to reputable dealership but as I learned the hard way this dealership will deceive you to buy a car. Below is my experience hopefully it will help someone from committing a similar mistake. 5/29 Drove E350 Mercedes Benz noted vibration/road noise. Alessandro Succurro communicated issue is due to wheels being out of balance. 5/30 During underbody inspection noted bulge on rear right tire. (was this missed during 150 inspection or did it occur afterwards? 5/31 Alessandro communicated road noise/vibration is actually due to tire bulge. 5/31 Purchased vehicle from Surburban Infinity Novi with conditions. One condition was to fix road noise/vibration tire replacement noted on “we owe” document. Negotiated in good faith that issue would be resolved as it was mentioned several times that they would not let a customer drive a car in such state. 6/2 Tire was replaced to fix issue Alessandro mentioned “car drives like new”. Drove car out of lot issue was still apparent. Alessandro drove car and confirmed road noise. 6/3 Returned to dealership and spoke to service directly they communicated that 3 of 4 rims are not repairable in their shop due to bent rims. Ed Biagas communicated that he would resolve issue by asking a rim expert to repair the rims. 6/5 Mercedes Benz of Novi confirmed rims are “knock offs” not OEM rims. Typically replica rims are not made with same material and lack hoop stress to protect from rim damage on pot holes. This more than likely explains why 3 of 4 rims are damaged. Dealership confirmed original rims where 11 spoke rims replica AMG rims are 5 spoke. There are no rims that match rims currently on vehicle. Suburban vehicle advertisement emphasized AMG rims. Replica rims significantly devalues the car and vehicle safety is also subject. 6/6 Dropped off car with Alessandro and requested to replace rims with genuine AMG OEM rims. Asked Alessandro to speak to his management to find a solution that would resolve situation. 6/13 No response received to date. 6/14 Sent a text message to Alessandro requested status of rim replacement. Request was ignored. Mentioned “rims are currently being repaired and car should be ready Wednesday” At this point my main concerns are as follows: 1) Replica rims are suspect in quality. If they do not meet OEM specifications this could significantly affect vehicle safety and dynamics. 2) Car value is significantly impacted by not having OEM AMG rims as advertised. I would have not purchased vehicle if I was aware rims where replica. Note this was headliner for advertisement and mentioned verbally as a plus by sales to purchase the car. 3) Ad communicated 150 point inspection yet one never presented. This was requested several times to Alessandro. Alessandro promised to redo 150 inspection again I never received info. 4) Dealer capability to balance rims or know how. It was mentioned twice prior to discussion with service that tires had been balanced and wheels had been aligned. Was I lied to or is it lack of competence? Note I understand most of the public can be fooled by replica rims but its the fact that i was lied to at some point that has made me so upset. More
